About Maureen & Partners

A small, family-run service in Ealing, set up to give older people the patient, trustworthy help with tech and paperwork that's so hard to find.

Why we started

More and more of everyday life now happens online: GP appointments, bills, banking, even parking. For many older people that's turned simple jobs into stressful ones, and help is often a long wait or a phone queue away.

We wanted to offer something simpler: a friendly person who comes to your home, sorts things out with you, and doesn't rush.

Our name

Maureen is a family name. We chose it because it feels like the kind of person you'd trust to pop round: warm, sensible and always happy to help.

"Partners" is about how we work. We're on your side, working with you, not doing things to you.

Free scam-awareness talks

We give free, friendly talks for clubs, churches, libraries and community groups in Ealing on spotting scam texts, emails and phone calls. No selling, just practical tips and time for questions.

If you run a group and would like a talk, get in touch with a few dates that suit you.

You can also read our guide to spotting scam texts.

Our promises

Trust matters more than anything when someone comes into your home. These are the rules we work by on every visit.

  • We never ask for your PINs or passwords, and we never take your bank card.
  • Anything to do with money happens with you, and only with your say-so.
  • Clear, fixed prices, agreed in writing before we start.
  • A short written summary after every visit, sent to you or your family if you wish.
  • We go at your pace. No jargon, no rushing, no question too small.
  • If something isn't right for you, we'll say so honestly, even if it means less work for us.
