Help for your parent's tech and paperwork in Ealing
You can't always be there to fix the phone, read the letters or set up the doorbell. We can visit your mum, dad or grandparent for you, and let you know how it went.
How it works for families

The monthly plan
For £56 a month we visit once a month for 90 minutes, go through the post, sort anything on the phone or tablet, and send you a note afterwards. It's a simple way to make sure nothing slips.
Respecting your parent
We only visit people who are happy for us to come. Your parent is always in charge of their own home, money and decisions. If they've given someone Lasting Power of Attorney, we'll work with that person.
